Period 2's Scribe...What more can I say?
Today, April 23rd, is the day we made our 1984 T-Shirts. The following list entails what is needed for this assignment.
- A blank, white t-shirt with your initials on the tag
- a creative political message that is simple and gets the point across clearly(it has to be on the computer)
- once said image is obtained, drop file into Smith's Drop Box
- Await further instructions from Ms. Smith (she hasn't told us what's happening past that)
- Grammar Packet, whatever pages you haven't finished
- Read pgs. 274-297, Newspeak section not required
- Shakespeare was born
- Steve Clark, guitarist of Def Leppard, is born
- Shakespeare dies
- Boris Yeltsin dies
it should be Declan "Dandelion..." "
- Should Declan's unofficial middle name be Danger or Dandelion? Please post your opinion.

I am personally for danger, it just has a ring to it that dandelion can't match.
Nice post Adam! By the way, definitely Danger. I agree with Adam, Dandelion just can't come close. Plus, I have not seen Declan wear yellow, probably ever. So NO, it's Danger.

Despite the fact I am in period 5, I will intrude upon your highly personal conversation to give my vote to danger. It sounds more dangerous than dandelion.

Haha nice Adam. Great way to get more feedback and intrest. As for Declan... How about the oh-so Dangerous Dandilion? We know that they are deadly, especially if they are sticking too far out of the ground, causing you to trip and crack your head open on a nearby rock, and have severe allergies to them, you could possibly die. Plus, they are weeds and kill other plants. "RAWR!" says the DandiLION.

im going to have to go with Danger. but i do have to agree with alex that god of flowers is pretty good. we should all be god of something. tomorrow we should come up with it!

GOD OF FLOWERS--pretty catchy. While you make an excellent point, Kjerstin, can't dandelions also be white? Oh well. Maybe we can settle for a nice compromise like DANGERLION. (or i don't, dandedanger doesn't have the same ring to it, but it could work out.

i might go with danger, its more edgy. but if you want the more feminine vibe, dandelion is good too.
